Service Delivery Timeline
At Vishal Bhardwaj Digital Services, we do not deliver any physical goods. All our services are delivered digitally. Once the token amount or advance payment is successfully received through our payment gateway (Razorpay), we initiate the service delivery process.
- Service Delivery Time: Within 7 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.
- Clients will receive communication via email or WhatsApp regarding the progress and completion of the service.
Confirmation of Order
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment email or WhatsApp message from our team within 24 hours. This message will contain:
- Details of the service opted
- Expected delivery timeline
- Contact point for any queries
Mode of Delivery
Since our offerings are service-based, delivery is done through one or more of the following methods, depending on the type of service:
- Google Drive (for file-based services)
- Scheduled meetings (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
No physical shipping is applicable for any of our services.
Delays in Service Delivery
While we strive to meet all deadlines, some delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete information from the client
- Revisions or additional requirements
- Unforeseen technical issues
In such cases, our team will notify the client promptly and ensure transparency throughout the process.
